It’s time for Spotlight Saturday and we recently had the opportunity to sit with our very own Anita, CNA here at Crest Pointe Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center located in Point Pleasant, NJ. We invite you to read her interview below:
Q. How long have you worked in LTC?
A. I have worked in Long Term Care for 29 years, and did you know I spent all 29 of those years here at this center?
Q. What made you want to work here?
A. My mother, since she was an RN here.
Q. What advice do you have for prospective Crest Pointe Candidates?
A. My best advice I could give others would be that patience is the key to this job.
Q. What are three words that describe Crest Pointe?
A. To describe Crest Pointe, the three words I would use are: Family, Friendly, and Scenic
Q. What was your favorite memory at Crest Pointe?
A. I have fond memories of many residents. The one that I still think about the most is “Mr. P.”
Q. One thing your co-workers don’t know about you?
A. I love Classic Cars.
Q. What do you do for fun outside of work?
A. Going to the Gym/Working Out
Q. Favorite Move?
A. My favorite movie is “An Officer and a Gentleman”
Q. What are your top three pet peeves?
A. My top three pet peeves are: Tardiness, Laziness, and not returning calls.
Q. If you could be anywhere else right now?
A. I would want to be in Sag Harbor.
Q. Some causes you care about?
A. Animal Rights and supporting First Responders.
Q. Do you have a Personal Motto?
A. Yes, I do, it’s “Always do your best.”
